Great app

I have been using this app for 5 weeks! It has help reduce my stomach and increase my strength! I came across a video which has a guy doing examples of the exercises! This should be included in the app! For the examples of Ivan differ! I am restarting to day one using the video examples! Wow what a difference! Add the video to the app 5 star rating!for now 3stars!
